Product variation
It may sound cliché but the pieces I create are truly one of a kind. Metal patinas react with steel differently with every application, each piece is hand-formed using various metalworking tools and hand-painted finishes are unique to each piece.
Care for your artwork
Pieces only need occasional dusting with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If you would like to clean the piece, wiping it with a damp cloth and mild detergent is sufficient. Wipe dry with a dry cloth afterwards to remove any residue. Bud vases mounted on the backs of 2-Dimensional Vase Sculptures are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned in this way (hand washing is the preferred method). NEVER USE ANY TYPE OF ABRASIVES OR CAUSTIC CLEANERS to clean sculpture and functional works, this will damage the finish of your piece.

We create original sculptural and functional art utilizing handcrafting methods and custom finishing techniques. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind object that exhibits exceptional quality and durability. Hand-painted, and hand-applied patina finishes are protected with a topcoat of UV-resistant clear polyurethane (in the case of some sculptures, a protective finish using the time-honored methods of applying wax or linseed oil-based finishes may be used). These finishes are very durable for indoor use but not suitable for outdoor use. If left outside the finishes will eventually fail and the piece will begin to rust.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and If for any reason you are not happy, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of its delivery. If you choose to return an item, you will need to let us know by email and receive an acknowledgement from J.P. Roberts Designs within the 14-day return time prior to return shipping. Returned items must be in their original condition with no scratches or signs of wear. Upon return of the item, it will be inspected and once determined to be in good condition the purchase amount will be credited to the account used to place the order. Shipping and Handling
Domestic Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Once an items ships, a notification with tracking details will be sent to the email that was provided. All pieces are made to order and require a significant amount of handwork to create, refer to the estimated shipping times located on each product page (ship times for wholesale orders will be determined on a per order basis). Feel free to contact us if you have questions about current lead times, the status of your order, etc.
International shipping
Currently we are in the process of arranging international shipping. Until those details have been finalized we will work with you however possible to help facilitate shipment.
