Wholesale Terms

  1. Minimum order is $200. No per piece minimum.

  2. Lead time is 4-5 weeks for standard design pieces and may be sooner. Lead times for custom designs and commission pieces will vary based on complexity.

  3. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard and check. For approved accounts payment terms are net 30.

  4. FedEx ground shipping is used for small items and LTL freight is typically used for larger pieces.  Shipping rates are calculated once an order has been received since dimensional variations for each order prohibit the use of shipping formulas (inaccurate) and our objective is to provide the lowest shipping rate possible.  

  5. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% and acceptance of the shipping rate before production begins.

  6. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will take care of you. We want you to be successful with pieces from J.P. Roberts Designs and will work with you to make this happens.
