These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the J.P. Roberts Designs website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, text, and content presented on this website are the exclusive property of J.P. Roberts Designs and are protected under United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a work does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights. No content or artwork may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Product Representation
Each piece is individually handcrafted using specialized fabrication and finishing techniques. Subtle variations in color, texture, surface, and detail are inherent to the process and are part of the intended character of the work. Certain finishes, including patinated, waxed, or oil-based finishes, may develop natural variations over time as part of their normal aging process. This is not considered a defect.
Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Minor visual differences may occur due to photography, lighting, and display settings.
All works are intended for indoor use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. J.P. Roberts Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment must be received in full before production or shipment. Payment processing is handled securely through Wix Payments or authorized third-party payment providers.
Buyers agree to contact J.P. Roberts Designs directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Production Time
Most works are made to order. Production typically requires approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the scope of work. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, materials, and other factors beyond control.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other appropriate carriers.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. J.P. Roberts Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
Risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.
If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must notify J.P. Roberts Designs within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photographic documentation may be required to support carrier claims.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping
Standard shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. Buyers may independently arrange international shipping through a freight forwarder.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, fees, and regulatory compliance.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return authorization must be requested by email prior to shipping the item. Returned works must be:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Risk of loss during return shipping remains with the buyer until received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-made, commissioned, and special-order works are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Care and Use
Works are finished using protective coatings appropriate for indoor use. Exposure to outdoor conditions, moisture, abrasives, or improper cleaning methods may damage the finish.
Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or environmental exposure is not the responsibility of J.P. Roberts Designs.
All works are provided as described. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.P. Roberts Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Website Platform
This website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides the technical infrastructure and e-commerce functionality. J.P. Roberts Designs is not responsible for temporary technical interruptions or service disruptions related to platform infrastructure.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will apply to future orders.
